Castelló d'Empúries

Castelló d'Empúries is the village where I live.

It's a beautiful place where you can see a lot of things for example: the old washing place, the Santa Maria cathedral (it's the most beautiful cathedral in the Empordà), the old prison, the goose walk, the big house, "la llotja", the plaça dels homes square....you can go to Empuriabrava too and here you can see the canals, the Nautical Club...

Here there is a continental climate. In the summer it's sunny and in the winter it's cold.Sometimes it is windy, "Tramuntana".

Here you can do a lot of activities: riding a bike in the "Aiguamolls", do windsurfing, kitesurfing....at the Empuriabrava's beach, know something about history with Castelló's monuments...

The people in Castelló are very chatty, sociable and sometimes they gossip a lot.
